Returns and Warranty

Returns Policy

You may return new parts within 30 days of delivery for either an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Installed, Programmable, or Damaged parts are not elligible to be returned. If the reason for the return was our mistake (such as sending the wrong part) we will pay for return shipping and processing. If the reason was the buyer's mistake (such as purchasing the wrong part) the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping. If you would like to return the part for store credit, or an exchange, you will receive full credit. However, if you would like return the part for a cash refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee - unless it is our mistake.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of the steps to take to receive your refund.

All new parts have a 2-Year/24,000 Mile warranty. All rebuilt parts come with a 6-Month/5,000 Mile warranty. Our warrant policy is subject to the terms and policies of the part manufacturer as they are responsible for warranty coverage. Please contact us to make any warranty claims and we will walk you through the warranty process as it differs depending on the specific part ordered and the manufacturer of the part.
